Deletion of Device data in the Shelly Cloud does not delete any data stored on the Device itself.

Quality of service

• Shelly Wall Display X2:

  • Standard RPC Calls: Remote Procedure Calls (RPC) using JSON format consistently achieve response times of 100 milliseconds or less for typical command executions.

  • Background Responsiveness: The RPC interface remains fully responsive and operational regardless of the device's screen state (on or off), ensuring continuous command processing.

  • File Uploads (Base64-Encoded Data): RPC calls involving the upload of base64-encoded data (e.g., for file transfers) will have variable completion times dependent on the size of the data and network bandwidth. These operations may take longer than 100ms due to the volume of data being transmitted.

• BLU H&T:

  • Depends on device load and network conditions, typ. sub-100ms response time from device direct APIs and sub-300 ms for remote server APIs.
