Shelly Pro 3EM Device Smart Control

Main Controls

Across the top of this page, observe total power in Watts (W), apparent power in Volt-amps (VA), and current in Amps (A) of the Shelly Device.

Below the total measurements for the Shelly Device, observe measurements for Phase A, B, and C. For each phase, observe the power in Watts (W), apparent power in Volt-amps (VA), current in Amps (A), voltage in Volts (V), and power factor (PF).

Below these measurements, observe a consumption chart, in Watt-hours (Wh), of the Shelly Device in the last 24 hours. The different colored line charts represent different phases (A, B or C).

The power button is at the bottom of this page. Click the power button to turn your device On/Off. Your device is on when there is a blue ring around the power button , and is off when the ring is gray.

Consumption

Observe a chart with the Shelly Device consumption displayed in Watt-hours (Wh) for each phase. Above the consumption chart, you can select the time interval and the date from which you want data to be shown.

Below the consumption chart, a variety of Shelly Device measurements. Observe the Eco (compared) value that gives a percentage of how much lower the consumption value is. In addition, also observe the total consumption value in kilo-Watt-hours (kWh), the average consumption in Watt-hours (Wh), and the maximum and minimum consumption in Watt-hours (Wh). Below this information, also observe phase specific measurement values.

Click on the expand icon in the top right corner of the Consumption rectangular box if you wish to view the chart in full screen. Click the Export CSV button to download this data as a CSV file.

Voltage

Observe a chart with the Shelly Device maximum and minimum voltage displayed in Volts (V) for each phase. Above the consumption chart, you can select the time interval and the date from which you want data to be shown. Below the voltage chart are a variety of phase specific measurements. Observe the phase specific average voltage value in Volts (V), and the maximum and minimum consumption in Watt-hours (Wh). Click on the expand icon in the top right corner of the Voltage rectangular box if you wish to view the chart in full screen. Click the Export CSV button to download this data as a CSV file.

Activity log

Observe the recorded history of the Shelly Device events. See the date, time and type of action executed such as the Device being switched On/Off.

Actions

Use events to trigger http endpoints. You can add up to 20 web hooks. Set up the following settings, and navigate between pages by clicking the NEXT or BACK buttons. Create a web hook:

  • Set Action Name: Type in action name.

  • Active Time: May leave as the 24-hour default option or choose an active start and end time. Click the up/down buttons, or type in a number, to set a time in hours and minutes.

  • Condition: Select from a variety of conditions for the action.

    • When: Select Voltage change / Current change / Active power change from the dropdown menu.

    • Phase: Select Any / equal to / not equal to from the dropdown menu. If equal to / not equal to is selected, choose the phase (Phase A, B or C) you wish to compare the value to from the dropdown menu.

    • Depending on your “When” selection, the third setting will be different. When selected from “When” section:

      • Voltage change: the third option becomes “Voltage”. Select Any / less than / greater than from the dropdown menu. If less than / greater than is selected, input a phase voltage in Volts.

      • Current change: the third option becomes “Current”. Select Any / less than / greater than from the dropdown menu. If less than / greater than is selected, input a phase current in Amps.

      • Active power change: the third option becomes “Act Power”. Select Any / less than / greater than from the dropdown menu. If less than / greater than is selected, input a phase active power in Watts.

  • Then Do: Input URL to send the Shelly Device a command. You may add up to 5 URLs per web hook, which will be executed one after the other.

  • Click the SAVE button to save the web hook or to save any changes made.

This function requires a working connection to the Internet. Once the action has been created, it will appear as a rectangular box on the main I/O actions page for the Shelly Device.
