Shelly Pro 2PM Cover Mode
Status and Control
From left to right across the status and control bar, you see the Device image, name, and up/down button to control the cover. Directly below the status and control bar is the current cover position as a percentage, and the current Device power in watts.
Position
Move the slider left or right to adjust the cover position to your preference, and observe the position percentage on the right-hand side of the slider. Sliding the button to the left reduces the position percentage, and sliding the button to the right increases the position percentage. You may also increase/decrease the cover position percentage by using the up/down buttons in the control and status bar at the top of the page. Once you click the up/down button, the button will appear as a pause button. Press this pause button to stop cover movement at your desired position.
Press the ☆ Save
button (to the right of the slider) to save your favorite positions. These will appear under the Saved Positions header on the same page, located below the slider.
Saved Positions
Your favorite positions will be saved here. Click the trash icon to delete the saved position.
Consumption
This tab only appears for Shelly Devices with power metering (PM) capabilities.
Observe a chart with the Shelly Device consumption displayed in watt-hours (Wh). Above the consumption chart, you can select the time interval and the date from which you want data to be shown. Below the consumption chart you have the option to download the consumption data by clicking the DOWNLOAD
button. This downloads a table of your Shelly Device consumption data.
If a firmware update is available, then you will observe a "Firmware Update Available" text below the Consumption chart. Click the UPDATE
button to update your Shelly Device firmware.

Max Power Protection
Configure Shelly Device to turn off when power consumption reaches a set value in watts (W). Please note the power range you can set is 0 W - 4480 W.
Max Voltage Protection
Configure Shelly Device to turn off when voltage reaches a set value in volts (V). Please note the max voltage you can set is 280 V.
Max Current Protection

Obstacle Detection
If an obstacle is present, the cover movement will be stopped and, if configured so in the settings, reversed until the endpoint is reached. Obstacle detection can be enabled or disabled for only one of the directions or for both. You can input the Max power threshold for the cover. Press the SAVE
button to ensure your new settings are saved and applied to your Shelly Pro 2PM.
Safety Switch
This function works only if the Input Type is set to Button and Control Button Mode is set to Single. Input 1 controls the cover movement, and input 2 acts as a safety switch. From the options below, you can choose how this function works.
The checkboxes under “Moving direction” allow the safety switch to be configured to stop the cover movement while opening, while closing, or moving in either direction.
If the Stop checkbox under “Action” is checked, engaging the safety button will stop the cover movement until the safety switch is disengaged or until a command is sent by the physical button or the mobile application. If the Reverse checkbox under “Allowed move” is checked, the movement is resumed in the opposite direction until the end position is reached.
If the Reverse checkbox under “Action” is checked, engaging the safety button will stop and immediately reverse the movement until the end position is reached. This option requires Reverse movement to be allowed under “Allowed move”.

Input type
These settings define the way Shelly Plus 2PM interprets the attached physical button(s) or switch(es). The options are Button or Switch.
Control Button Mode
As a cover controller Shelly Pro 2PM can work in 3 modes: Single, Dual or Detached.
Single:
If the input is configured as a Button in the Device settings, each button press cycles open, stop, close, stop…
If the input is configured as a Switch, each switch toggle cycles open, stop, close, stop…Dual:
If the inputs are configured as buttons:Pressing a button when the cover is static, moves the cover in the corresponding direction until the endpoint is reached.
Pressing the button for the same direction while the cover is moving, stops the cover.
Pressing the button for the opposite direction, while the cover is moving, reverses the cover movement until the endpoint is reached.
If the inputs are configured as switches in dual input mode:
Turning a switch on moves the cover in the corresponding direction until an endpoint is reached.
Turning the switch off stops the cover movement.
If both switches are turned on, Shelly Pro 2PM will respect the last engaged switch. Turning off the last engaged switch stops the cover movement, even if the other switch is still on. To move the cover in the opposite direction, the other switch has to be turned off and on again.
Detached: Shelly Plus 2PM can be controlled through its WebUI and the App only. Even if buttons or switches are connected to the Device, they will not be allowed to control the cover movement in detached mode.
